I ordered a Polene bag for work. Based on the measurements provided for the bag, it should have fit my laptop in it, but because of the way the bag curves at the top, I couldn't snap the lock into place. I tried to return the bag from the US back in February - it cost $70 via USPS to send the bag back to Spain. I followed all of the instructions from Polene about how to return it. The bag sat in customs in Spain for two months before I just found out today (April) that the bag is being shipped back to the US. I contacted customer service about the status of the bag and at first, they replied saying they would figure out why it was still in customs, but now I have reached out to them four times with no response about why the bag is still in customs and now being returned. Awful experience and service for what purports to be a high-end bag brand.
Love my new Numero Neuf bag, it's a great quality and matches the images on the website. Arrived in good secure packaging with box and dustbag. Fast delivery to DK within 5 days.
Items arrived within a week. Great quality and they are now my favourite handbags!
